A pre-eminent investment management firm requires an experienced, professional Distribution Operations Executive.


Based in London, the operations team is tasked with the take-on of new clients across both onshore and offshore products and ensuring their agreed terms are implemented and processed.


Working within the distributor operations team, the role will be the main contact for the review and implementation of SLAs. You will liaise with the legal and sales departments and externally to ensure operational provision is adequately covered. You will also assist with the set up of new clients in accordance with client requirements.


For this position, we seek professionals with good communication skills with users, peers and managers. Good time management and prioritisation skills are required, which will be demonstrated through your track record in experience of working in the financial industry. Proven exposure to SICAV product and experience of managing and inputting client data is required.
