One of the UK's fastest growing Business Services organisations has a need for a HR Resource advisor in their central London Office. Reporting directly into the HR Manager you will be involved in all areas of support and development for the business.

The role
-Manage and control processes in within the recruitment area.
-Produce accurate and timely contract documentation and information for all new starters
- Maintain accurate and fully up to date HR records
- Manage and control HR Database and work with HR Manager to produce strategic management info
- Provide first line support and guidance for any performance or grievance issues


The Candidate
- Previous experience of working in a HR environment managing and controlling systems and procedures
-Proven track record in building relationships with key stakeholders
