An International Financial Services Group based in Docklands are looking for a HR Administrator for an immediate start.
*As a HR Administrator you will be required to
*Ensuring personal files are maintained with accurate and up to date correspondence
*Organisation of adhoc in-house presentations / projects
*Accurate logging of CV's on departmental database
*Preparing eHR transactions for approval
*Drafting offer letters, new starters packs/brochures
*Creating personal HR files
*Liaison with payroll and benefits team regarding new starters administration
*Main point of contact with outsourcing reference company to obtain references for new starters
*Reviewing, recording and responding to speculative CV's and references
*Assistance with ensuring HR Database, Peoplesoft, is kept up to date
*Provide technical and administrative support within the HR department including project work and data collection and attend the HR Analysts working group.
*Provide advice, support and guidance to staff at all levels on many general aspects of HR.

You will have similar experience gained in a corporate environment, have excellent IT skills and be available for an immediate start.
