An investment operations professional is required for one of the world's largest and most eminent investment banks.


The derivatives desk is based in London and is a centralised function created to facilitate all things derivatives related. The derivatives desk will ultimately be responsible for London/European managed portfolios.


A function of the desk is OTC option confirmation, which is where the vacancy currently exists.


We are looking for an assertive individual, confident in their own ability and with option confirmation experience to join the bank's ever-expanding derivatives desk.


The successful candidate is expected to be a quick learner due to the high trading volume the business wishes to embark on. Products flowing through the desk include OTC single stock & index options alongside vanilla FX and exotics (one touch options, knock-in / knock outs)


Day to day functions will range from top-day confirmation with counterpart and/or prime broker to liaising with front office, global fund accounting, and brokerage, with regards to option maturity events.


We are seeking candidates who ideally have solid derivatives confirmations experience. Settlements and valuations experience will hold the candidate in high regard.
