Acting as an expert on Compensation MIS (reports, analyses and forecasts on total compensation) this role will focus on databases and systems and support the design, development and processing of regular and ad hoc reports, analyses and forecasts on all aspects of workforce compensation for all regions and legal entities of the global Group.
In this role, you will ensure a high level of data quality and be actively involved in the bank's year-end compensation process, bonus accrual management and employee share vesting exercises. You will co-operate closely with the divisional HR MIS Relationship Management teams and members of the global Reward Teams to support the provision of high-quality Compensation MIS services as well.
Role:
- Drive and ensure high-quality of compensation data (accurate, timely) as a basis for proper reporting, analysis and forecasts on compensation
- Research, design and develop new solutions and improve existing solutions
- Closely co-operate and communicate effectively with HR MIS Relationship Management teams and Reward
- Provide decision-relevant information to recipients in most effective manner, e.g. with respect to structure of information, visualisation, etc.
- Develop product and process knowledge continuously
Person:
- Previous MIS experience with a focus on compensation and benefits systems
- Experience in reporting/data management
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially EXCEL with ACCESS knowledge desirable
- Experience within an investment bank is preferred
