An Assistant Investment Manager is required for a leading insurance market providing specialist insurance services to businesses worldwide. The role is based in London.


Under the supervision of the senior investment manager, the assistant investment manager will manage the investment assets of a number of portfolios under the control of the department to maximise returns within agreed parameters.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities will focus on compliance with investment parameters, defined procedures and regulatory requirements, investment analysis and research, and also contribution to senior management and stakeholder reporting (including production of investment commentaries).


Experience of managing fixed interest portfolios is required for this role. Ideally you will have passed the IMC (or equivalent) and show willingness to study for further professional qualifications.
