This excellent opportunity for a Futures Clearing Clerk has arisen within a highly respected Stockbroker based in Canary Wharf. With a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale, this Stockbroker has been rated by its staff as a premier organisation to work for.

Within the Futures Clearing role you will be reporting to the Futures Middle Office Supervisor and joining a team of experienced Futures Clerks who demand the best from their team and give excellent rewards for those who perform.

This Futures Clearing role involves working with principle clients across European markets. You will be working closely with the brokers, agreeing positions and liaising with clients on all levels.

Main responsibilities include:
- Input and allocation of all Eurex, Liffe, CBT and CME exchanges
- Allocation and matching of LME trade tickets
- Trade capture reconciliations performed
- Investigation of queries, discrepancies and trade breaks on Exchange as well as brokerage income
- Liaison with brokers, agreeing proprietary positions intraday and verifying these against back office trade capture
- Maintain GMI and Clearvison account and set up and maintenance
- Accurate and timely clearance

Skills required
- Experience exchange traded clearing business
- Knowledge of Eurex or Liffe clearing systems
- Experienced and comfortable in high volume dealing room environment
- Flexible hours
