A Hedge Fund Operations Administrator is required for one of the world's leading asset management houses.


Based in London, the purpose of the position is to provide efficient and accurate administration for the firm's investment management suite of hedge funds.


Principal accountabilities will be to match all security, derivative and cash trades with counterparty confirmations and reflect these transactions on the in-house system. You will ensure such transactions are mirrored on prime broker and fund administrator records. You will also check failed trade reporting and follow up with prime broker to ensure timely settlement.


We seek academically sound candidates with good portfolio administration experience, covering several core operational functions. Knowledge of equity long/short hedge funds is a significant advantage.
