An excellent opportunity has arisen for a high calibre individual to join a leading online commercial insurance brokerage.

Due to substantial investment, our client are now seeking to take on a Business Development Manager, effectively taking on the 'number 2' role to the Head of Insurance.

This is a strategic business development role, rather than a sales position therefore we are seeking an individual with proven experience in the insurance sector working at business development level which includes client management of insurers at a senior level and account management experience.

The post will involve developing and maintaining a market-leading position in the online business arena, management of panel of delegated authority agreements with insurance panel members, new product development, project management, customer analysis, analysis of online marketing efforts and changes and amendments to online web-based application.

This is a key hire for the organisation and offers excellent career progression opportunity.
