This renowned international retail bank is looking for a Generic Consultant to join them immediately

The Generic Consultant in conjunction with HR Business Partners and Senior Management will design and deliver training and coaching, monitor and review progress made against plans on a quarterly basis, create, maintain and enhance productive working relationships with all customers, acts as agent of change within business, be the acknowledged expert for International Organisational Development, monitor regulatory changes and ensure learning and development activities are satisfactory, participate in the development of the International Organisational Development budget and manage allocated budget and support the development of a International Organisational Development strategy for the business that builds upon the HR/IOD strategic approach.
You will have Knowledge of organisational change, development and learning process and previous experience in Learning & Development gained within a challenging commercial environment is preferred
