A Client Service Associate/Officer is required for a highly prestigious and globally eminent private wealth manager.


Based in London, the client services officer will assist their financial advisor and other team members with the delivery of high quality client service and support for their client base. The role of the client services officer will require diversification, flexibility and experience of the private wealth manager's products & services, and broad industry knowledge.


The client services officer will provide fundamental support in all phases of client service, client relationship building and account maintenance to assist the business activities of financial advisors/ you will provide client service support in accepting and placing orders, responding to client inquiries on account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product and/or service information research and initiate corrections to transaction and/or account errors.


We seek candidates with an approved compliance record and strong organisational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. These will be demonstrated through your excellent experience in the investment/financial services industry. You will also be FSA registered/threshold competent.

Previous private client & client services experience is highly desirable.
