This renowned international Financial Services firm is looking for a talented Operational Control Analyst to join their Fund Services business. Our client is one of the largest Securities Services firm in Europe and have developed their business through a first class reputation built on delivery and innovation. An important part of their Edinburgh operations is the Operations Control Department which is responsible for identifying, assessing and minimizing the potential adverse impacts of credit risk, operational risk and market risk on Fund Services. As an Operational Control Analyst you will enjoy a diverse role which will include maintaining the central database of procedures documented by the business, collation and analysis of error reports received from Fund Accounting and Central Pricing Unit, assessing the business to ensure they are adhering to key controls for Fund Accounting established through the Quality Assurance Programme and ensuring the control environment is robust and supports service delivery standards. For this exciting position we are seeking applications from candidates with a background in an operational risk/audit gained within Investment Sector or an analytical fund accountant who would be keen to go down this route. The role provides the successful applicant with a high level of contact with the business and a good level of profile for advancing a long term career with the firm.
