Joslin Rowe are now looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the Investment Banking team in Glasgow. This established business works with the city's most prestigious financial services organisations and, via PSL agreements, enjoys unparallelled success in this lucrative market.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate experience of recruiting professionals on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have recruited within the Investment Banking or financial services arena however if not, we will consider recruiters from a complimentary professional sector.. You will be able to show a strong history of billing above target and experience of working within a results driven environment. You will be a self starter, motivated to build your own relationships as well as nurture and grow existing ones but will also consider the team you work in to be one of your greatest assets.
