Facilities Co-ordinator
London - City
To £28,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity for a pro-active Facilities Co-ordinator to join the facilities team within a traditional and highly regarded bank in the city. The Facilities Co-ordinator will have the ability and confidence to use their initiative and will have a good knowledge of dealing with both administrative and operational FM functions. The Facilities Co-ordinator will provide professional and efficient support to the smooth running of the facilities department and ensure that an outstanding facilities service is provided throughout the business.

The Facilities Co-ordinator will be a strong communicator, who will be able to build relationships across the business and with contractors and suppliers. It is essential that the Facilities Co-ordinator already has experience within a facilities environment, with a good knowledge of health and safety and will have experience of dealing with both both hard and soft services. The Facilities Co-ordinator will also have the ability to carry out risk assessments and workstation assessments.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will be pro-active and articulate with a keen interest in facilities management and will have a qualification in health and safety along with excellent IT and administration skills.

Please only apply if you already have experience within a facilities environment, dealing with both hard and soft services and a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation's/procedures.- Your CV/application will not be considered if you do not have experience within this area.
