One of the world's largest Financial Services providers are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join them immediately.
Our client operate across a global network, delivering world class banking and financial services.
The purpose of the data analyst role within the Global Markets Pay team is to assist with the collection, analysis and payment of salary and bonus information. The role will also support the delivery and implementation of a new Pay System for the Global Markets businesses.
The HR Data Analyst will be responsible to undertake data cleaning, testing, analysis and migration for new Pay System, data collection and statistical analysis of salary and bonus information from a variety of compensation system, close working with relevant HR Pay Rep to ensure specific business needs met, delivery of regular reports with 100% accuracy, within agreed timescale's, maintenance of Pay Review System ensuring accurate data within defined business area, providing system usage support and training to business facing teams as necessary,production of pay spreadsheets and uploading of the same, completion of user acceptance training of pay system, spreadsheets and employee communications, collation and analysis of data from various pay systems within a consolidated reporting framework, work with
senior HR Management to educate business managers re salary and bonus process and support other data analysts and work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Office skills including experience of creating and managing Access databases,
Excel and PowerPoint etc. Experience of working within an HR function or with compensation / reward in a corporate environment is preferred.
