Team Secretary City £16 per hour

Are you a Team Secretary seeking a challenge in the exciting world of banking ?!!With a strong brand presence in Europe and growing rapidly, this leading Bank is looking for a highly experienced Team Secretary to join a busy sales and marketing team.

The candidate will join the highly successful sales and marketing team which now requires additional support.

This opportunity will give an experienced Team Assistant the opportunity to utilise their current skills and experience but also to realize their true potential by contributing to the restructure of the team. Duties will including responding to high levels of calls, organising international and national travel, extensive diary management using MS Outlook, arranging client events, creating PowerPoint presentations, responding to emails, entering and tracking team attendance and holidays, assisting with overseas visitors and general office administration.

The successful Team Secretary will need to have strong organisational skills but also a proactive and hands on approach to their work where they can demonstrate their initiative.
