Sales Account Manager

Sales Accounts Manager - South West London - Up to £50,000
My client is looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for the processing of new account applications and renewals along with the production and administration of new business renewal leads and the associated commissions payable to the sales force.
You will be responsible the following:
- Accurate and timely payment of commissions, overrides and bonuses to the sales force.
- Effective communication with the sales force
- Introduction of SLAs and stringent management to ensure adherence.
- Monitor and improve quality of output against performance metrics.
- Improve and refine team operating procedures and use of technology.
- Introduction of initiatives to drive cultural change to improve customer relations and internal reputation.
- Effective implementation and management of MI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local procedures and external compliance regulations.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures Manual for team.
In exchange you will have around 3 years management experience in a change environment gained within the insurance industry. Experience of current class leading business and technology driven process is essential. Leadership and people management skills are required.
