Operations Manager - South West London - Up to £70,000

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager who's role will be to implement effective change management culture and process across the selected division, whilst managing the day to day business by improving service levels through adhering to the agreed SLA,s.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Managing core functions of the department.
- The delivery of new systems and process technology initiatives.
- Structure review, organisational change and process re-engineering.
- Introduction of SLAs and stringent management to ensure adherence.
- Introduction of initiatives to drive cultural change to improve customer relations and internal reputation.
- Effective implementation and management of MI reporting.
- Management of appraisal system with measurable objectives.
- Creation and maintenance of performance standards.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures Manual for Division.
- Effective reporting to senior management at board level.
- Establishment of training needs.
- Departmental budgeting.
- To be directly responsible for all aspects of control in the division in order to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- To be directly responsible for developing a culture of operational excellence across the division and in dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

In exchange you will have around 5 years Change Management experience (Structure review, organisational change and Process) gained in the Insurance industry. Experience in leadership and management skills along with managing internal and external stakeholders at senior levels is required.
