• CRM Project Analyst - London

• City of London £500 - £600 day Interim

A prestigious Investment Manager has an opening in their CRM Project team as they look to drive the business forward. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role will be required to in the planning, prioritising and managing assigned work streams, recording accurate actual vs. budget data for allocated work for reporting and budget setting purposes and work closely with the CRM Support Staff to close action items and continuously improve the CRM process. Duties include mapping out current state Business processes, writing and publishing project documentation in line with Best Practice, managing the UAT and functional testing processes for any assigned projects to a high level of accuracy, and creating testing documentation, instruction sheets and manage testing sessions to ensure that they meet Business Requirement, Functional Specification and Business-wide expectations. In-depth experience in working with client and/ or account data in a CRM system is essential, as is significant involvement with data integration projects.
