• Emerging Markets International/Stocklending Settlements Manager

A high-calibre, extensively-experienced manager is required for emerging markets international and stocklending settlements within a world-leading international investment bank. The role is based in their London Docklands offices.


The settlements department is looking for an experienced manager to join their cash settlements and stock loan settlements team for the burgeoning Emerging Markets group. The successful candidate must be forward thinking with a proven track record of risk management/awareness, project implementation and managing and motivating a large and diverse team.


The ideal candidate would have a background within operations with a high volume investment bank.


As a successful manager, you will be managing and motivating a large team, communicating any relevant information, provide guidance and career development and participation in the mid- and end-of-year appraisal processes. You will actively participate in project and development testing of internal systems upgrades or changes relating to new market initiatives.


Experience in a similar management role is required for this position. You will be risk-aware, control-minded and results-orientated, with good communication and presentation skills.
