A International Assignment Consultant is required by a an international financial services group based in the Docklands for an immediate start.
The International Assignment Consultant will be assisting with the administration of the relocation process for transferees into the various regions, work with subject matter experts within the HR department and beyond to resolve issues and develop consistent best practice policies in the relocation space, work with various team members to manage vendors to ensure a smooth relocation process for transferring staff, business line or employee questions, conduct assignment meetings with transferring employees to explain the contents of the assignment programs, provide close support to the manager in all aspects of the relocation process, act as a decision maker on policy interpretation and ensure compliance with company policies
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting assignees in the area of expatriate administration either via time
spent in an expatriate administrative function or in a corporate expatriate tax environment
