An Index Design Executive is required for a rapidly developing company in the business of providing financial indices.



As a member of the index design team within product management, the index design executive is at the technical centre of the business, undertaking qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support the development of new and existing indices and index products.


Reporting to the interim head of index design, the individual will be responsible for the provision of analytical support for new indices. Key areas of responsibility are collation, analysis and manipulation of index related data in support of index initiatives planned by the business and requested by clients


It is expected that the candidate will have a solid academic foundation (ideally to graduate level) in a mathematical, statistical or economics subject. Knowledge, interest and good hands-on working experience of equity markets is essential.
