An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the worlds largest and most progressive Investment banks based in the Docklands area. This role will be leading the Campus Recruitment and Graduate Development team for Europe and has the overall brief of recruitment, retention and development of Graduates across several key business areas.

The role
- Develop and maintain relationship with key clients and internal stake holders
- Manage and maintain infrastructure for team members this involves daily supervision of 3 executive level recruiter developers and one development officer
- Create, maintain and develop strategies across business for recruitment and development
- Ensure all campus campaigns are marketed and executed consistently and effectively

The candidate
- Experience within Graduate Recruitment and Development
- Degree educated or equivalent. CIPD qualification would be an advantage
- A strong track record of management and planning
