Part Time - Customer Service Assistant - Docklands - £21k
An experienced Part Time Customer Service Assistant is required to work within a large Global organisation based in the Docklands. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering positive Customer Service duties across the business.
The right candidate must be a motivated and pro-active individual. The key focus for this role will be to provide excellent Customer Service duties across a variety of teams, and building strong relationships, as you will be working closely with these teams.
Main tasks and duties will include:
Take day to day guidance from different Team Managers providing support as and when necessary.
Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to all teams
Ensure customer's needs are dealt with accordingly
Efficient guest registration and host notification with the ability to remember guest names and faces
Contribution to and use of the Customer Service team notice board at all times
General ad-hoc duties when required
Make sure all teams are organised
