A Rates Business Analyst / Project Manager is required for one of the world's leading investment banks. The role is based in London.



The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a change program to the global rates transaction management group.



Specific duties will include project management / business analysis of key rates transaction management capture change initiatives. You will be engaging with key stakeholder groups (technology, operations, BAC) to ensure credit transaction management change programs integrate across business functions. You will also be ensuring regional engagement and delivery within the global rates change program framework.



Experience of project / change management within an investment banking environment is vital. The ideal applicant will be demonstrably confident, with effective communication skills and strong problem solving and analysis skills.



We seek a professional with subject matter expertise in middle office processes, rates products and excellent project management and/or re-engineering experience.
