An Application Support Analyst is required for the Application Support team to support all the business teams in resolving issues with the main fund accounting application.

Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst. You will be responsible for system operations support, business change, implementing new system applications.

Main responsibilities will include: -
-Management of issues raised.
- Investigation and resolution of issues raised.
- Production, testing and sign off on defects.
-Involvement in business projects
-Trend analysis.


The successful candidate will have extensive experience within investment operations and an understanding of investment products. Experience of issue investigation and resolution required.
