A Facilities Engineering Services Manager with a bias to M&E is required by a leading property and facilities management consultancy to join their strategic facilities consulting team. Our client provide professional, expert and strategic solutions on facilities services to both corporate and public sector clients.

The successful Facilities Engineering Services Manager will have an M&E background with strong engineering management experience. The Facilities Engineering Services Manager will cover outsourcing strategy, design review, procurement, contract management, implementation of change programmes, performance management and service auditing all relating to hard FM services. Ideally the Facilities Engineering Services Manager will be educated to degree level in a relevant engineering subject and will have a strong knowledge of M&E services within a corporate facilities environment.

This is an exciting role for an Engineering/Facilities Manager or Facilities Consultant looking to move into a challenging consultancy role working with high profile clients and representing a well-known company with endless opportunities.
