Leading Law Firm
30,000 to 35,000 plus benefts - 10 month contract
Working within the Compensation and Benefits team, this is a newly created role to be the main point of contact on all general benefit matters. There is a Benefits Assistant reporting into this role.
Key responsibilities
- To support the Compensation and Benefits manager with the introduction of flexible benefits
- Reviewing and updating literature
- Reviewing relevant policy documentation
- Supporting the communication process across the London office
- Liaising with payroll, ISD and systems provider to make sure all parties are kept up-to-date
- To support the introduction of Total Reward Statements
- Oversee the regular auditing of benefits data
- Oversee the communication process to London staff
- To be the first point of contact for all Partner benefit queries
- To deal with more complex benefit queries from employees and provide support to the Benefits Assistant.
- To meet regularly with benefit providers to monitor performance and set SLA's.
- To play a key role in the annual renewal process for all benefit providers
- To review and update benefit documentation
- To train HR staff as appropriate regarding our benefits programme
- To highlight to staff on a regular basis different aspects of our benefits programme
- To monitor the benefit budgets on a monthly basis
- Involvement in ad hoc projects as they arise
Person:
- Advisor level compensation and benefits experience
- Experience with benefits, especially flexible benefits schemes
- Experience gained within a professional or financial services environment
