A part-time analyst is required for the transitions team of one of the world's largest fund managers, providing funds focusing on active, index and asset allocation strategies, liability driven investment, currency strategies, cash management, securities lending, hedging strategies, transitions and commodities trading.


We are looking for an investment analyst to support the transition management team, working on a part-time basis. The team would consider someone to work either 3 or 4 days per week.


Key responsibilities will focus on marketing and channel support: you will provide quality service to support clients and the European sales teams, prepare high quality new business pitches & pre-transition analyses, and participate in new business presentations and other client meetings.


Ideally, the candidate will have attained solid academics (to graduate level) in a mathematical, financial, economics, statistical or engineering capacity. A quantitative background and some relevant experience in the investment management or investment banking industry would be an advantage.
