This premier firm requires a talented HR Officer to assist the HR Manager in the provision of a proactive HR service to support the effective management of staff within Litigation, Real Estate and all business services functions and thereby contribute to the delivery of an effective HR service across the firm.

This is a full remit generalist role and you will work across General Business Support, Employee Relations, Resourcing, Remuneration, Training and Development, Sickness Absence, Probations and Performance Management, International Secondments and Terminations.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified or studying towards qualification (preferred). In addition to your experience at HR Officer level in a professional services organisation or similar environment you will be a strong team player, able to work with a wide range of colleagues and external service providers.
