A Structured Trade Finance Administrator is required by a world-leading international investment bank. The role is based in London.


The non traded loan section is responsible for the administration of the UK lending portfolio, where the bank is predominantly agent. You will become a member of a team of specialists in ECA backed lending (mainly ECGD).


You will execute all business as usual functions including: set-up; interest payments; interest make-up; roll-overs; drawdowns; rate fixing; and fees. You will review documentation to ensure that from an operational perspective it is executable, as well as set up the facilities in the bank's loan systems. The portfolio covers, aircraft, shipping, and structured trade finance.


Thorough knowledge of standard banking practice and procedures, particularly as they relate to loan administration and payments, is required, with a strong emphasis on syndicated lending. Experience of export finance loans (mainly ECGD), preferably in an agency role, is highly advantageous. You will ideally have knowledge of basic accountancy, and preferably of Loan IQ.
