Financial Shares Compensation Analyst - London
FTSE 100 Financial Services Firm
25,000 to 30,000 plus benefits plus bonus

Working in the Long term incentives group of this top tier firm you will need to be a really bright and switched on with a background in technical administration i.e. share schemes rewards administration or Financial, Compliance or Legal team administration role.

You will need to be really good with spreadsheets, numerical and happy to be the sort of person who could read through sometimes complex legal documents.

Role:

- Answering queries on rules
- Administering share scheme exercise process (training to be provided)
- Administration of SIP joiners, leavers and changes
- Preparation of information to send to payroll
- Support share scheme administration outsourcing project
- Maintaining process documentation, preparing timetables
- Managing, maintaining and updating the internal database and excel spreadsheets
- Preparation of summary LTI information for internal HR clients
- Administration of some benefit schemes
- Preparing documents packs, including mail merges
- Interacting with outsourced service providers

Person:

- Successful academic background; minimum graduate or equivalent
- Technical administrative experience (i.e. Share scheme administrator / compliance administrator, company secretariat/ legal administrator (but not general administrator)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, articulate and professional.
- Numerate, excellent Excel skills including currency conversions, data manipulation, formulas (if statements etc) and pivot tables
- Systems skills, including Word (including mail-merges), Excel (Advanced), Outlook, PowerPoint.
