An internal communications manager is required for an eminent international insurance firm. The role is based in London.


The purpose of the role will be to facilitate and generate the cultural conditions for business success using internal communication channels.


Working closely with all stakeholders, you will devise engagement and internal communications strategies which support the delivery of the core business objectives. You will develop programmes to create cultural conditions for business success. You will also support the brand development initiative through the identification and implementation of specific internal communications activities.


Extensive internal communications experience is essential for this role. You will ideally have been involved in the establishment of an internal communications function. Candidates from the insurance sector are greatly preferred. Financial/professional services experience is essential.
