A leading international broking house a corporate actions/dividends analyst, to be based in London.


Reporting to the manager of corporate actions, dividends and tax within a closely knit team, the role requires a professional and deadline driven individual to deliver objectives to required standard as agreed with line management.


The role takes responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of corporate actions, income events pertaining to both equity and fixed income products across UK, US, and Europe. Responsibilities will include processing corporate actions, equity and fixed income events, as well as investigation and resolution of all reconciliation items.


Some UK/international corporate actions or dividends experience is required, and knowledge of qualified intermediary tax regulations would be desirable. Knowledge of CREST and/or SWIFT messaging is essential. We are seeking a control-oriented individual who can easily demonstrate the ability to work and communicate with staff of all levels and work within a team environment.
