A client accountant is required for an eminent firm of chartered surveyors. The responsibilities of this role are to assist in the accounting and control of three funds managed by the firm as property managers.


Based in the West End, servicing a varied portfolio of property funds, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen client accountant to assist the management and reporting on an established property portfolio.


Supporting the financial and management accountants, the responsibilities will include production of monthly reports and investigation of variances. Key responsibilities focus upon reporting to both the financial accountant and the management accountant and prepare monthly rental charge analysis by tenant and legal entity and reconcile to the general ledgers.


The successful candidate will be a part-qualified accountant with an inquiring, analytical mind. Strong Excel skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills are all a must. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial property accounting experience.
