This renowned international investment bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service is looking for an experienced Tax Reclaims analyst with experience working within an asset servicing environment.
As an experienced Tax analyst (PB Client team) you will be primarily be responsible for tax reclaims, tax static data, documentation for proprietary & client transactions, tax returns and audits.

This key role will see you:

* Agree tax reclaim positions with agents records, and investigate discrepancies
* File tax reclaims filed with local tax office and agent banks for Firm positions
* Prepare and forward tax reclaim forms to eligible PB clients to arrange certification and monitor return and onward delivery to agent bank
* Process all tax refunds received
* Maintenance of status of all tax reclaims on in-house systems
* Reconciliation of all tax reclaim status with agent banks
* Timely analysis and resolution of queries received from agent banks, traders, controllers and PB clients/reps.
* Prepare and lodge agent bank tax documentation


You will ideally have Tax reclaim knowledge in an operations broker/dealer or custody environment. You will be an effective communicator who is confident in dealing with external clients with regards to complex issues.
