A Facilities Co-ordinator is required by a professional Services organisation based in the City to join their Facilities and Office Services team in providing an outstanding FM service to their UK HQ. You will support the Facilities and Office Services Manager and will be a main point of contact for facilities issues within the office. The Facilities Co-ordinator will support the Facilities & Offices Services Manager through management of soft service FM contracts, supervision and motivation of the Facilities Assistant, day-to-day liaison with contractors and the landlords agents, health and safety and general administration.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator will have extremely strong communication skills, will be a true team player and will be keen to forge a career in facilities Management. The Facilities Co-ordinator will have excellent administration, IT and organisational skills and will be very confident and professional with their approach.
