An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the worlds largest and most progressive Investment banks based in the Docklands area. The Diversity Manager is an integral part of the Diversity Centre of Excellence and will enable the business to continue to utilise all its talents to the full and produce a fully reflective workforce.

The role
- Design and assist in the roll-out of global programmes including training, employee feedback and demographics.
- Ensure alongside key team members to ensure that diversity is inputted in to all wider HR projects and core activities e.g. recruitment ad performance recruitment
- Assist in the development of policies/initiatives to ensure the business is compliant with all current legislation and best practice
- External research to support all policies and procedures ensuring the stake holders are fully up to date on key issues

Experience required
- Experience in working in a Diversity role
- Degree educated or equivalent. CIPD qualification would be an advantage but not essential
- A strong track record of management and planning
