Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, Europe, this unique and exciting role will a provide commercially focused resourcing consultancy service.

A lot of work is revolving around internationalising current resourcing products. Current projects include Employer Branding, Global employer frameworks, Supplier relationships, recruitment system roll outs and Graduate recruitment propositions.

Role:

- Manage, lead and deliver projects by demonstrating professional consultancy and strong project management capability throughout the project life cycle.
- Identify any issues or trends in the internal or external marketplace, which will help shape and inform the design, development and implementation of Resourcing products and services.
- Providing deep technical expertise and value add in a defined area of specialism.
- Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
to provide appropriate resourcing consultancy that supports the roll out and implementation of resourcing strategy, solutions and policies.
- Drive successful implementation of projects, engaging with the divisions and supporting them in implementation
- Delivering resourcing related projects and programmes covering a variety of role types, seniority levels and professional skills needs.

Person:

- International/European experience is essential
- Experience of working across the Middle East would also be advantageous
- Strong cultural awareness, with adaptable qualities for the cross-border, International context
- Strong Project or Programme Management skills
- Resourcing capability and experience across a complex environment.
- Experience in translating business objectives into resourcing solutions / requirements through diagnostics and needs analysis
- A deep understanding of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organisational issues
- Strong Consultancy skills
- Strong delivery orientation including delivery of strategic imperatives and programmes and implementation reviews
- Sound understanding of HR strategy
