A European Real Estate Analyst is required for an eminent international asset management house, based in London.



The European Real Estate Securities business is based in the bank's London offices. A small team of professionals manages European and African listed real estate investments and is growing rapidly. They need additional support to continue to drive class leading returns for third - party institutional investors.



The analyst gains responsibility for covering a number of securities, across a number of different countries, with the intention of providing buy/sell recommendations to the two portfolio managers to contribute to out-performance versus industry benchmarks. This role will be covering the Eastern European markets.



Strong financial modelling and/or accounting skills, knowledge of equity markets and equity valuations, and knowledge of pan-European real estate markets are all vital attributes to possess to succeed at this role.
