This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an articulate professional Business Analyst with xperience working on an end to end project essential. With over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.

Current the firm is midway through a 5 year strategic expansion plan to grow their OTC Derivative businesses, with increases in both volumes and complexity across all asset classes and locations.

To support these expansion plans, a programme of change is being undertaken within Derivative Operations, focussing on optimising the technology, organisation and business processes used to support the Derivative businesses.

This is a multi year change programme that will see the current back office technologies replaced by a single strategic platform, existing business processes reengineered to become globally consistent & effective and a series of organisational changes effected to optimise our service to both internal and external clients along with ensuring cost effective service delivery.

To support these roll out plans, a Change Management team has been formed to work closely with IT and the Operations line to plan, manage and execute the change agenda.

Reporting into the Programme Management team within Change Management, OTC Derivative Operations.

Responsibilities to include:-

 The analysis of existing business process flows, controls, risks and issues;
 The mapping, re-engineering and documentation of current process flows and procedures;
 The documentation of detailed functional requirements and static data analysis;
 The documentation of user input into detail requirements, testing, trade data migration, etc;
 The facilitation of User Acceptance Testing definition and execution;
 The support the Project Implementation, including training & procedures;
 The provision of Post-implementation support, including the prioritisation and testing of required fixes and enhancements.

You must posses proven experience of FX Options, Derivatives as well as a solid understanding of end to end Operations processes and workflows including handoffs with other impacted business groups, e.g., Trading, Product Control and Finance. Must hands experience of knowledge of Murex and Calypso.
