An Equity Dealing Desk Assistant is required for a leading international asset management house. The role is based in London.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that full support is provided to the equity dealing desk, within the front office. This person will work closely with the equity dealers, dealing support team, FMAs and fund managers. This person will additionally have to communicate with other parts of the business including members of investment operations (back office), compliance and system support/development.

Key responsibilities will be to provide full support to the equity dealing desk in investigating and resolving trade issues, whilst liaising with settlements, transaction processing, price making, corporate actions and brokers.

The role requires knowledge of equities with an understanding of derivatives. Industry exposure is essential, and experience of operations processes is highly favourable. We seek candidates who are numerate, logical, and demonstrate an organised approach. Those with industry and academic qualifications are encouraged to apply.
