• Risk and Control Analyst - Transaction Management (AVP)

• City of London £60,000 - £70,000 p/a Permanent

A prestigious investment bank is looking for a Risk and Control Analyst to work in the Transaction Management Group.

Transaction Management Group (TMG) is a Front Office group within the bank with global responsibility of Middle Office functions supporting all product types. The Control Risk Management (CRM) team is globally responsible for Risk oversight and governance across TMG.

The key responsibilities for this role are
- Development/refinement of the governance structure for Global Equity Products within TMG.
- Engage in periodic Risk control review forums with Product Heads.
- Liaise with relevant infrastructure groups, such as, Operations, Finance, Audit &
- Operational Risk Management to transition all relevant tasks and enable TMG as a standalone entity.

This role would suit a graduate or a candidate with equivalent technical experience, with proven experience in financial services, equivalent to AVP level and another Investment bank. Operational Risk or Audit background with experience and/or strong awareness of Risk inherent in Front to back process flow environment is essential for this role. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
