Graduate Recruitment Consultant - 6 month contract
Leading Insurance Giant
30,000-35,000 plus benefits (pro rata)

Take full responsibility for co-ordinating Graduate Recruitment strategy. Manage the recruitment, selection and placement processes. The key focus of this role will be to deliver a consistent pipeline of high calibre future leaders to the business.

Role:

- Influence and contribute to the policy and approach to graduate recruitment and development
- Effectively source quality applicants and participate in graduate recruitment events e.g. the milk round and recruitment fairs
- Support assessment centres to select high calibre graduates
- Early diagnostics of pipeline to ensure target numbers are met and take action
- Work closely with Communications to agree content for website/brochure
- Determine and agree additional attraction if required
- Manage and support the graduate keep warm process
- Obtain feedback and review processes on an ongoing basis to ensure that the programmes remain an attractive and competitive proposition to high calibre graduates and meets the needs of the business in terms of time, quality and cost
- Establish effective network and working relationships internally

Person:

- Experience of Graduate Recruitment and Development gained in a global company
- Awareness of the rules and requirements of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and any other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks
- Technical and professional HR knowledge
