An electronic marketing assistant is required for one of the largest institutional managers in the world, which provides investment management to institutional and individual clients .



The marketing team supports the distribution function across the UK and EMEA and is responsible for all of the communications on domiciled funds. The marketing team also acts as a hub in providing key product and positioning communication to internal offices across the globe.



The electronic marketing assistant's role is an integral part of the marketing function and key to the management of a successful website. As electronic media is becoming increasingly important and playing a bigger role in a successful communications strategy, it is essential to have a dedicated resource to manage the content of the internet and intranet sites. The websites will be the primary port of call for many of their clients as it will contain all of the standard product-related information .



Interest in financial products and the asset management business is essential for this role. Some experience with design packages, (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) would be useful but not essential. Experience in the mutual fund/asset management business is highly desirable.
