• Global Corporate Actions/Equity Settlements Specialist

A global corporate actions/equity settlements specialist is required for a fast-growing quantitative hedge fund business.


The firm's burgeoning equity funds team are now looking to hire professionals in the trade support/operations team.


For corporate actions, you will ensure the daily processing of corporate action events across global markets. You will be responsible for keeping a diary system of all key dates of all corporate actions events.


For settlements, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of daily settlements across global equity markets, and investigate and resolving any unmatched or failed trades, noting up the trades and producing reports for management.


Excellent knowledge of corporate actions processing across various markets is required for this role. Desirably, you will have solid equity settlements experience, and the ability to cross train to settle derivative products.
