A leading investment bank based in the City are looking for HR Operations Manager to work with the Centres of Excellence to ensure HR's message is delivered consistently and operational services have strategic impact. The role will suit a CIPD candidate with previous experience in a generalist/partner role within financial services.

The role
-Continuous review and management of HR transactional services to ensure they are fit for service and deliver an optimum level of customer services.
-Understand and deliver HR Operational process and work flow.
-Ensure the provision of effective management information for use by HR and senior management
-Undertake complex case work relating to selection, disciplinary, process management etc

The person
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record in financial services or related environment. You will be able to work to strict deadlines in commercial, challenging environment.
