A global Investment Bank based in the City has a new requirement for a Graduate Recruiter to work in their Global Grad team. Reporting the Graduate Campaign Manager the role will manage the full graduate recruitment process from campaign launch to offer stage and completion. The role will suit an experienced recruiter with graduate experience within financial services.

The role
-Liaise with line manager and directors to establish specific numbers and role requirements
-Co-ordinate and gain sign off for all new marketing material for campaigns
-Fully organise all aspects of Assessment centres for interviews
-Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring everyone is kept full up to date
-Manage campus events and liaise with key career services and University staff.
-Ensure successful candidates are brought in to the business smoothly and efficiently and correct training and inductions are scheduled.

The person
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Graduate Resourcing and Development and have the ability to balance the strategic and operational aspects of the role. Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential.
