A Client Service Specialist is required for cash equities within one of the world's largest, premier brand-name international investment banks. The role is based in London.


The role reports directly into the head of cash equities and is part of a team of client service specialists. This team also has a responsibility to ensure that client service issues are escalated and that service delivery synergies across the equities products and businesses are leveraged.


As a successful C lient S ervice S pecialist, you will ensure effective client on-boarding at pre-trade as part of the new account process, to build initial relationships and ensure that key contact details and client profiles are established (e.g. order and allocation methods, confirmation preference)


You will have experience in cash equities products in a client service capacity, with proven consistent and accurate delivery to clients. People management experience is highly important for this role. Equities and/or debt product knowledge with an understanding of order capture tools, allocation and confirmation processes across local and cross border business is required.
