A top tier investment bank is looking for an exceptional Business Manager.
The individual in question will be responsible for facilitating and overseeing the preparation of all the MIS expense requirements for Global Banking (GB) Europe.

The European MIS team sits within GB Finance and supports senior management in both the business and controlling. GB comprises Advisory (M&A, etc), Equity Financing (IPO's, etc.), Debt Financing (HY Bonds, Leverage Loans, etc.), Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Asset Finance & Leasing, Transaction Banking and Coverage (senior bankers, sector teams, Relationship Managers etc.).

Key responsibilities include
- Month-end process: Include monthly compilation of cost accruals; consolidation & review of the various product expense flashes to a Europe Flash and review with Business Management Review of the monthly expense forecast for GB.
- Planning and Forecasting: Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes. - Front Office and Corporate Centre Support: Assist with value added ad hoc projects/ analysis and queries from senior management in the business and in Finance.

This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with advanced Excel and Access. Previous experience in management reporting within a Banking Environment is essential for this role and expense knowledge would be beneficial
